Surgery for Battle
Just when we think we're ready to charge ahead and take our enemy- God has a way of reducing us and placing us in a position to completely trust in him, lest we think we're responsible for our victories. There are plenty of times when we've been faithful to do what God wants us to do and we're still not ready for what God wants to bring our way. We can look into the future and think we're ready to go, or just be in a rush to go forward, and miss some crucial preparation that can lead to a disaster. Be prepared for the public victories by the private and sometimes painful submission to God that comes before the victory.
