From Little to Belief
There are lots of plain, everyday objects that don't matter very much if they are just left in our hands. In the face of so many gigantic trials and troubles and problems in life, we often feel overwhelmed and inadequate. As John has been presenting an incredible picture of Christ to us he's made sure to push us to believing that Jesus is God. He wants us to know that this man who was born in the manger and turned water into wine at a party is God in human flesh- and that his time on earth was meant to take us from where we are to a life- altering belief in him. Because Christ was God he did some amazing things- miraculous things. And the good news for us is this- this same Jesus is living today and he can take our little- little faith, little resources, little money, little family, little time- and multiply it to bless many others and to satisfy us. Will we trust him with our little?
