Walking the way God tells us to walk is usually not easy. Not because God is mean but because our sin makes it hard for us to understand and discern all that God wants for us. Additionally, because our Father not only wants the best for us but because he is so different from us in every conceivable way, when he speaks and gives direction it can be further confusing to us. When we look ahead and it seems clear what we are to do and God speaks into it and says, "Not right, left, ahead or backward. Blue.", it can be even more difficult to walk his ways. But when we do, the power of the Spirit is unleashed in our lives and we discover what it means to live in the freedom of Christ. See how the Lord spoke to Joshua on the eve of battle to give him a new way to walk and think.
