Become a Loving Friend
We've all known some couple, some married people, some pair of friends that just didn't go together. But somehow, seemingly against all reason and logic, they are the best of friends/lovers/spouses. Everyone else is left scratching their heads as to how that happened, but they have found bliss with each other. How friends and spouses end up with each other is a mystery to us, but Jesus has much to say about even this! He's comforting us, getting us ready for the tough days ahead, the trials to come. And he tells us to not be troubled because there's a group of people who will choose to love us and whom we can choose to love, even when it goes against everything we know and think we know. He commands us to love each other and empowers us to do it and to live a life that has eternal impact on others!
