Encounters with God
During difficult times, America's media consumption undergoes some significant changes. As the reality or perception of life swings to the negative, we move toward grittier movies and tv shows and entertainment that helps us escape our rough reality. Instead of thinking about living for something we get caught up in survival mode; just getting through these difficult times and be the last man standing on the other side. God knows all about dark times and he sets out to meet with us during those times in order to build our faith and give us opportunities to serve him. The only remaining to be seen is how we will respond- with faith or with fear.
